These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly through distributors (made available online), through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. 2. Prices and Best Price Guarantee

The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the hadiqatyachtrentals website are per hour for your entire trip, unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for specific yachts; however, these rates may carry special restrictions and conditions. All special offers and promotions are marked as such.

8. UAE Law

https://www.hadiqatyachtrentals.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries to be in accordance with the law of UAE.

Free Cancellation

You are free to cancel your booking anytime before 48 hours of the scheduled trip time. Cancellation after 48 hours will attract a cost and cancellation after 24 hours will attract 50% cost.

Maximum Guest allowed

The maximum yacht capacity cannot be exceeded anytime, the guest capacity on board is as allowed by the management depending on yacht size, which includes children & infants as one

person.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations may occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure, coast guard restrictions, and decree enforcement of new laws.

• In case, you need to cancel your yacht tour due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify the rental company at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment Mode

50% pre-payment is required to confirm your booking

remaining balance to be paid onboard prior to departure

Swimming in the Sea

Swimming is permitted during the day, until sundown, in authorized areas, is subject to weather conditions. The captain is in charge of making the final decision, and his orders are final.

Photography & Video Shoot

You are welcome to bring your own photographer or request one from Dubai Harbour Yachts. Drone shoots are not allowed as per the regulation of the UAE Government.
